Aaron Chatenka, Esquire, joined Florida Personal Injury Law Team because Aaron believes in the Firm’s philosophy that clients should come first and always be a law firm’s top priority. Aaron has and always will go above and beyond for his clients.
Prior to joining Florida Personal Injury Law Team, Aaron spent over a decade fighting for and protecting injured plaintiffs throughout the state of Florida. Over the years, Aaron has successfully handled a broad array of injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases, including handling numerous cases through trial. Ultimately, Aaron has dedicated his career to helping injured plaintiffs get fully and fairly compensated for their injuries and has recovered millions of dollars for injured Floridians. Aaron is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and Port St. Lucie Bar Association. He was formerly a member of the Martin County Bar Association, St. Lucie County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, and Florida Justice Association.
Originally from Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Aaron was raised to understand and appreciate the importance of small-town values, which include treating everyone with kindness, respect, and dignity. Aaron obtained his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. While in Law School, Aaron received Certificates of Merit in Advanced Writing, Medical Malpractice, Law Office Management, and Criminal Procedure, while holding office as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Aaron was also a five-time Dean’s List recipient and member of Thomas M. Cooley’s National Negotiation Team.
Thereafter, Aaron relocated to Florida, where he began fighting for the rights of Floridians in both criminal and civil matters. Aaron is especially proud of the results he has achieved and the reputation he has built practicing law along the Treasure Coast; and he knows that a strong legal team is the recipe for success. Aaron lives in Stuart, Florida, with his wife Kara and their beautiful daughter Claira. Aaron and Kara have a second baby on the way and look forward to growing their family and continuing to give back to the people and community they love.
